🧾 Commercial Policy – ​​Black November 2025 Campaign (2026 annual plan)
1. Objective
This policy aims to establish the specific commercial conditions applicable to the Black November 2025 Campaign, promoted by Demander, for contracting the 2026 Annual Plan of its SaaS (Software as a Service) services.
The policy is valid exclusively for subscriptions made within the campaign period and complements the company’s general policies, such as the Billing Policy and the Refund Policy, available on the Demander service portal.
2. Campaign Validity The campaign is valid from 10/20/2025 to 11/30/2025.
Subscriptions made outside this range will not be covered by the promotional conditions set out in this policy.
3. Eligibility
The campaign is aimed at:
Active customers who wish to migrate from a monthly plan to the 2026 Annual Plan, this migration being one-off and valid exclusively for the period 2026; or
New customers who sign up for the annual plan within the campaign period.
Participation is conditioned on full acceptance of this policy and other Demander commercial and contractual policies.
4. Commercial Benefit
During the campaign period, eligible customers will be able to join the 2026 Annual Plan with a promotional discount of 25% on the total estimated value of twelve monthly payments in force at the date of subscription.
The annual plan will be sold in the form of annual prepaid credit, which can be used throughout the calendar year 2026, depending on the actual consumption of contracted services.
5. Payment Terms
The total value of the annual plan can be paid:
In cash, upon joining; or
Payable in up to two equal installments, due on 11/15/2025 and 12/15/2025.
Payment in full of the annual amount is an essential condition for maintaining the promotional benefit.
6. Consumption and Use of Credits
The amount purchased in the annual plan corresponds to a consumer credit equivalent to the total of twelve monthly payments of the plan in force at the time of subscription.
If the total consumption of services during the year 2026 is lower than the contracted amount, there will be no refund or compensation for unused credits. If consumption exceeds the contracted annual amount, only the difference between the annual credit and the amount actually consumed will be charged, in accordance with the current billing policy.6-A. Parallel Charges for November and December 2025
Contracting this campaign, referring to payments for the period 2026, does not cancel or interfere with regular charges for the months of November and December 2025.
Even if the payment for the 2026 annual plan is paid in installments due in the same months, such installments refer exclusively to the advance consumer credit for the year 2026.
Therefore, these charges occur in parallel to the normal invoices for the plan in force in 2025.
7. Renewal
The annual plan purchased in this campaign will not be automatically renewed.
At the end of the validity period (12/31/2026), the customer may choose to:
Renew the annual plan for the following year, according to values in force at the time; or
Automatically return to the plan in force prior to contracting the annual Black November Campaign plan, if there is no formal statement from the customer.
8. Cancellation and Refund
After subscribing to the annual promotional plan:
Cancellation with a proportional refund will not be permitted, except in the cases provided for in Demander’s Refund Policy.
Early cancellation implies full loss of the promotional benefit and, when applicable, charging of the remaining amounts in accordance with the current standard plan.
9. Accumulation and LimitationsThis campaign cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts or special commercial conditions.
The offer is non-transferable and valid only for the CNPJ or CPF registered at the time of signing up.
Demander reserves the right to interrupt the campaign or change its conditions upon prior notice on its official communication channels.
10. General ProvisionsThis policy integrates the Terms of Use and the SaaS Service Provision Agreement signed between the customer and Demander.
Omitted cases will be analyzed individually by the commercial team, in compliance with the company’s current policies.
