Although it is not mandatory, it is highly recommended to integrate with the ERP to use Grid, as when there are several products and variations, performing maintenance manually may be unfeasible. To define a Grade in a product, some information is required:

Grid Segments: Here the Grid Segments that will be linked to the Grid Types are registered. Example: Shirt, Sneakers. For integration, this record must be sent in Table 133 - Grid Segments.
Grid Types: Here the Grid Types that will be linked to the Grid Segments are registered. Example: Color and Size. For integration, this record must be sent in Table 131 - Grid Types.
Segments x Grid Types: Here you must relate the grid segment to a grid type. Example: The Shirt Segment has Color and Size Types. The Sneakers segment only has the Color Type. For integration, this record must be sent in Table 134 - Grid Segments x Grid Types.
Grid Type Variations: Grid variations are registered here. Example: P, M, G, Red, Green, 40, 41, 42. For integration, this record must be sent in Table 132 - Grid Type Variations.
Product: In the Product registration, Grade tab, it is defined which Grade(s) the Product belongs to.
- It is necessary to have a main product registered, this product will be the reference product that will group the product grid.
  - This product must have a price, it must be within the same price list as the other items in the Grid for the Grid to appear and it must also be within a grid segment for the Grid to appear correctly.
  - This main product will group the Grid products, it will not be possible to sell this product and its price will not affect the price of the Grid products.
  - In the Grid tab it is necessary to fill in the main product code, grid segment and Variation/Variations.
