This article aims to show the concept and configurations of the Auxiliary Fields Functionality
Concept of Auxiliary Fields
In Demander, it is possible to create auxiliary fields to store additional information on various system screens, as well as in the Order Picking application. These fields help organize and collect additional data, adapting to the specific needs of each company.
Auxiliary Field Grouper
By accessing the Auxiliary Field Groupers screen on Demander Web, it is possible to register the groups of Auxiliary Fields that will appear on the screen. These auxiliary fields can be organized into groupers, which serve to categorize fields by type or function. For example, you can group multiple photo fields into a single grouper, combine signature fields into another, or organize selection fields into a separate grouper, among others.

*Required field
Description: Defines the name of the grouper, which will be displayed on the auxiliary fields screen. It is recommended to use a clear and direct name, such as “Signature”, “Customer Photo” or “Order Photo”.
Order: Determines the order in which the groupers are displayed on the screen, with smaller numbers appearing at the top.
How to configure Auxiliary Fields.
After registering the Group Members, you need to access the [Auxiliary Fields] registration screen (https://sistema.demander.com.br/dinamico/campos-auxiliares). Below is information about the fields on this screen:
