Integration of the Billing Registration Module

This article explains the integration of the Billing Registration module.

To integrate this module, what you (ERP) need to do is:

  • Implement the import of Table 119 - Financial Receipt.
  • Process partial or full write-offs of the invoice in the ERP;
  • Export the updated Invoice to Demander (Table 19);
  • Export Field 37 - Allows billing registration, from Table 02 - Salespeople if you wish to use billing registration per salesperson.

Consider the existence of the following financial invoice:

Code1000123
Installment1
Value$ 1,200.00

Now consider that the following financial receipts were registered for this invoice:

DateValue

Payment Method
04/06/2021$ 500.00CHECK
04/06/2021$ 300.00CASH

Upon receiving the records from Table 119, you will identify that it is a partial write-off, as the total amount received ($ 800.00) is not sufficient to settle the invoice.

After processing the write-offs in your ERP, the updated invoice (Table 19) should be sent back to Demander with the information below:

Code1000123
Installment1
Value$ 400.00
Last update(Date and time of invoice update; Demander will disregard all receipts prior to this date)

Consider the existence of the following financial invoice:

Code2000123
Installment1
Value$ 245.00

Now consider that the following financial receipts were registered for this invoice:

DateValue

Payment Method
04/06/2021$ 45.00CASH
04/06/2021$ 200.00CHECK

Upon receiving the records from Table 119, you will identify that it is a full write-off of the invoice.

After processing the write-offs in your ERP, send the following financial invoice update (Table 19) to Demander:

Code2000123
Installment1
Value$ 245.00
SettledYes

Do not export the current file generation DateTime to Demander in field 13 of Table 19 - Financial Invoice, as this will force synchronization of all invoices for all salespeople.

No, we only export data from this table.
