Custom PDF Module

In this article we will talk about the Custom PDF Module, which allows you to customize the PDF of the order to follow the company’s visual identity in addition to allowing multiple PDF templates.

How does it work?

This module allows you to customize the visual aspects of the order PDFs and also create multiple PDFs, all of which can be customized differently.
It also allows you to use more than one customized PDF template.

Custom PDF

Customization allows you to change various aspects of the PDF. Such as orientation (landscape and portrait), highlight and letter colors, adding some advertising at the beginning/end of the PDF and much more. Below are some examples of how the order PDF can be customized.

How to activate the Custom PDF Module?

What is the difference between the plans?
- Basic PDF: All Demander customers have it by default, it is free and allows:
  - Only 1 active template at a time.
  - Customer can request creation/adjustment of template with already existing variables (without aesthetics).
  - Simple changes at no cost. For new variables always subject to additional budget.
- Customized PDF: Has a monthly fee and allows:
  - Multiple active templates (e.g. tax, commercial, proposal)
  - Includes information adjustments in all templates.
  - Aesthetic customization (colors, fonts, covers, visual identity).
  - Unlimited simple changes at no cost. Large adjustments may be limited to 1 per year.
