Loading Quota Concept
Section titled “Loading Quota Concept”In sales and logistics management, the loading quota is a fundamental metric for determining the quantity of products that a salesperson or sales representative can deliver in a given period of time, usually on a specific day. This quota is established based on the company’s production capacity, stock availability and other relevant logistical factors.

What is the Loading Quota per Seller?
Section titled “What is the Loading Quota per Seller?”The loading quota is defined individually for each salesperson or sales representative, taking into account the Product Segment, according to the company’s ability to supply the product.
- Each seller can have a limit quantity (Net Weight) of a Product Segment that he can sell:
- Example:
- Salesperson João can sell 5,000kg of the “Pig Feed” Segment on 10/10
- If the sum of the Net Weight of all João’s “Pig Feed” orders, scheduled for 10/10 exceeds 5,000Kg, he will not be able to save the order that exceeded the quantity.
What is the Daily Load Quota?
