Registering Customers
In Demander Web it is possible to register, edit and also delete Customers. The mandatory nature of the fields, as well as the visibility of some, may vary according to the business rules of each company. Below you will find out how to create a Customer Registration.
CPF/CNPJ: According to the type of person, natural or legal.
Code: Customer identifier, must be unique for each customer.
Seller: Seller who will be associated with the customer. This customer will only appear for the selected seller. If no seller is defined, the customer will appear to everyone.
Corporate name or Name: Corporate name if legal entity, name if natural person. Status: Status according to the interaction status list. Trade name or nickname:** Trade name if legal entity, nickname if natural person.
Type of person: Automatic according to the data entered in CPF/CNPJ.
RG/IE: RG if an individual, IE if a legal entity.
IE individual: Intended for individuals only.
Date of foundation or date of birth: Date of foundation for a legal client or birth for an individual client.
CRO: Number of the Regional Dentistry Council.
Related segments: Customer-related segments. It is possible to have more than one.
Unique customer ID: Unique customer identifier.
Active: Inactive customers continue to appear in the Android and iOS applications, but orders will only be allowed if company configuration allows it.
Blocked:** Blocked customers appear in the list, but placing orders for them is not permitted.
Contact
Section titled “Contact”Phone 1: Primary contact. Eg: landline.
Phone 2: Secondary contact. Ex.: cell phone.
Contact: Contact name.
Nfe email: Some companies use a special email to receive electronic invoices.
Buyer email: Email address of the person responsible for the purchase, you will receive a PDF copy of the orders issued.
Financial email: Email from the financial sector that will receive NF-e.
Notes: Customer-related notes.
Integration notes:**Integration-related notes.
Address
Section titled “Address”Address: Customer address.
Number: Customer number.
Complement: Complement if necessary.
Neighborhood: Customer’s neighborhood.
CEP: Customer zip code.
City: City of the customer.
UF: Client’s Federation Unit.
Latitude: Latitude of the customer. Used for check-in, routing and other features that use the customer’s geographic position.
Longitude: Customer’s longitude. Used for check-in, routing and other features that use the customer’s geographic position.
Days between checkins: Defines the number of days between checkins.
Checkin radius:** When the checkin configuration is active and the radius is defined, customers will only appear if the salesperson is within the configured radius from the customer’s position.
Financial
Section titled “Financial”Branch: Customer will only be available for the defined branch.
Block branch: Prevents changing the branch.
Price list: Price list that will be used as standard for the customer.
Locks price list: When the customer is selected when placing the order, the defined price list will load and will not allow changes.
Payment method: Payment method that will be used as the default for the customer.
Block payment method: When the customer is selected when placing the order, the defined payment method will load and will not allow changes.
Payment term: Standard payment term for the customer. This field is not changed by integration with the ERP.
Blocks payment condition: When the customer is selected when placing the order, the defined payment condition will load and will not allow changes.
Tax client type: Defines whether the client is Taxpayer, Non-taxpayer, Simple, among others. It is mandatory in the case of calculating taxes.
Discount group: Discount group that will be used as the default for the customer.Visit interval: When an interval is defined, information about the visit interval defined for the customer and the last visit made will appear in the list of mobile customers.
Related sellers: In addition to the main seller, it is possible to relate other sellers to the customer.
Discount limit: Maximum discount that will be allowed to the customer.
**Credit limit:**Determines a maximum credit limit for the customer. If not informed, it will be considered unlimited. Find out more about Credit Limit.
Commercial agreement percentage: Freight range: Defines the freight range to be used for the customer. Prior registration of the freight lane is required.
Additional conditions: Payment conditions that the customer may have access to. If the customer has a blocked condition, additional conditions will appear as an option to choose from.
Additional price lists:**Additional price lists that the customer may have access to. If the customer has a list, additional lists will appear as an option to choose from. Requires purchase order:**Determines whether filling out the purchase order in orders is mandatory for this customer. This setting works in conjunction with the “Require purchase order” setting of the Order Type, both of which must be checked.
Conveyor: Conveyor defined as the customer’s default.
Redispatch carrier: Standard customer redispatch.
Display only prices negotiated in the Online Store: When enabling this setting, only products that have prices negotiated with the customer will be displayed in the Online Store. Price configuration per customer is done in the ListaPrecoProduto table.
