How to delete an order on the device
This article explains how to delete an order in the app, what each status allows, and when deletion is only possible in the ERP or via integration.
Before deleting: check the status
Section titled “Before deleting: check the status”In the app, the label waiting for synchronization means a finalized order that has not yet been sent to Demander Web. Details in What is the difference between saved, in progress, finalized, released, and sent order?.
| Status in the app | Can delete on the device? | Where |
|---|---|---|
| In progress / saved (not finalized) | Usually yes | App (native Android, iOS, Flutter) |
| Finalized / waiting for synchronization | Usually yes, if company policy allows | App |
| Already sent (synchronized with the Web) | No on the device | Web/ERP or integration (per company rules) |
Block by time policy
Section titled “Block by time policy”The operation Delete order on mobile (excluirPedidoMobile) may be blocked in the Usage time policy. In that case the app prevents deletion outside the allowed window (or according to the active policy).
How to delete on Android (native or Flutter)
Section titled “How to delete on Android (native or Flutter)”- Open the order listing.
- Find the order (in progress or waiting for synchronization).
- Long-press the order or open the order actions menu.
- Choose Delete.
- Confirm deletion.
If the option does not appear, the order was already sent or company policy blocks deletion.
How to delete on iOS
Section titled “How to delete on iOS”- Open the order listing.
- Find the order with status in progress or waiting for synchronization.
- Swipe the order or open the actions menu (depending on the app version).
- Tap Delete.
- Confirm.
For an order waiting for synchronization on iOS: deletion removes the order only from the device, because it has not reached the Web yet. After deletion, it cannot be recovered in the app — if you need to keep it, use Order Backup first.
Order already sent
Section titled “Order already sent”If the order already synchronized with Demander Web:
- The app does not allow deleting it as if it were still only on the device
- Correction becomes cancellation or deletion according to the company flow on Web/ERP
- Integrations that remove an order in Demander from the ERP use Table 28 - Delete Order
