How to import prospects via spreadsheet

In Demander Web, the Import screen registers prospects from the model spreadsheet.

The prospects module must be enabled in Configurações da Empresa. See Prospects (Leads) module.

Caution

This import is not recommended for a company with ERP integration. If your company uses an ERP, contact support before importing.

Step by step

1. Open the Import screen.
2. If the screen asks for Empresa, select the company.
3. In Tabela, select Prospecto.
4. Click Baixar a planilha de exemplo. The file is PlanilhaExemploProspecto.xlsx.
5. Use that model spreadsheet. Do not create another from scratch.
6. Keep the first two rows: column names and Obrigatório / Opcional.
7. Fill in data from the third row, one prospect per row.
8. Pay attention to the required fields.
9. Import the file in Importar arquivo (or drag the file). Accepts XLSX, ODS or CSV, up to 8 MB.

Note

Do not change the column order. Do not delete cells, rows or columns. Fill in the cells only, one record per row.

Required fields

The prospect spreadsheet does not have a Código column. The system creates the record as a prospect.

On each row fill in:

• Razão Social
• Cidade
• UF
• CNPJ ou CPF
• Ativo — use 1 (active) or 0 (inactive). On the spreadsheet the column may appear as optional; the import rejects the row if the value is blank.

The other fields are optional (trade name, address, phones, emails, salesperson, price list, branch).

Prospects are added to the Prospectos (Leads) screen.
