Salesperson for web orders

When you save an order in Demander Web, the system may show:
Não há um vendedor emissor configurado na empresa.
This message appears when the company does not have Vendedor do Demander Web (faixa de numeração) filled in on Configurações da Empresa.
Without that salesperson, Demander Web (and flows that use the same setting, such as online tax calculation in some integrations) cannot save the order.
How to fix it
Section titled “How to fix it”- Open Configurações da Empresa for the correct company.
- On the Geral tab, find Vendedor do Demander Web (faixa de numeração).
- Select a salesperson reserved for Demander Web (and the virtual store).
- Save.
- Open the order again and save.
No salesperson available to select?

Similar message when clicking Novo pedido
Section titled “Similar message when clicking Novo pedido”If the message is different — Não existe um VENDEDOR configurado nessa empresa para emissão de pedidos pelo Demander Web! — the root cause is the same missing setting, but it appears when opening Novo pedido. The fix is still Vendedor do Demander Web (faixa de numeração).
