How to release a price list to a seller and avoid the wrong table on the order
The price list defines which prices the seller sees on the order. If the customer has a registered list, the order tends to start with that list — and the seller may not be able to change it. Changes made only in Demander Web are overwritten when the integration resends sellers or customers.
Use this guide when an item “does not appear”, the table “pulls the wrong one”, or a negotiated price is not released in the app.
Release the list in the seller record
Section titled “Release the list in the seller record”- In the ERP or in the seller layout (Table 02), enter the released list(s) in the Price List field (
listasDePreco). - Send the load through the Sincronizador and check in Demander Web that the list appears in the seller record.
- Ask the seller to sync the app and test the product on an order.
You can also release lists directly in Demander Web. The concept is in Price list by seller.
Fixed list on the customer (Table 18, field 8)
Section titled “Fixed list on the customer (Table 18, field 8)”The Price List Code field (codListaPreco) in Table 18 - Customers defines the customer’s default list. In Demander Web, it is the Price list field.
- If the order automatically “pulls” a table (or seems to repeat the previous order for the same customer), check the list in the customer record.
- For the seller to freely choose among the released lists, send the customer’s list field empty in Table 18 and sync.
- With a list filled on the customer, the order uses that list by default. If Block price list editing (
bloqueiaListaPreco) is enabled, the seller cannot change it.
Details and scenarios: Price list per customer.
Negotiated price or price that does not appear
Section titled “Negotiated price or price that does not appear”Customer-specific (negotiated) prices usually come from Table 13 - Product Prices or from Registering product prices, in the Customer field.
- Confirm that the price was sent in Table 13 (or registered in the Web) with the correct product, list, and customer.
- Make sure the seller has that list released.
- Sync the Sincronizador and the app. If the old price persists, clear the app cache and sync again.
Quote already created after updating the list
Section titled “Quote already created after updating the list”Syncing a new list does not by itself change the values of a quote already saved on the device.
- If the quote is opened for editing and saved after the new list, the values may be recalculated.
- Without editing, the expected behavior is to keep the original prices.
When the list changes and the customer needs the new values, guide them to create a new quote (or edit and save on purpose, if company rules allow).
