If the company has an ERP integration, the record must come through the integration. See Manual registration and ERP integration.
How to add/update customer onboarding note?
The customer integration observation is used for the ERP to send any additional information to Demander, this information is available on Demander Web and Android through the icon
. This icon only appears when the customer has an integration note.
