How to import product grid via spreadsheet

In Demander Web, the Import screen registers the simple product grid from the model spreadsheet.

The products must exist before the import. Each spreadsheet row links a version (grid) to a main product.

Caution

This import is not recommended for a company with ERP integration. If your company uses an ERP, contact support before importing.

Step by step

1. Open the Import screen.
2. If the screen asks for Empresa, select the company.
3. In Tabela, select Grade Produto.
4. Click Baixar a planilha de exemplo. The file is PlanilhaExemploGradeProduto.xlsx.
5. Use that model spreadsheet. Do not create another from scratch.
6. Keep the first two rows: column names and Obrigatório.
7. Fill in data from the third row, one grid row per line.
8. Pay attention to the required fields.
9. Import the file in Importar arquivo (or drag the file). Accepts XLSX, ODS or CSV, up to 8 MB.

Note

Do not change the column order. Do not delete cells, rows or columns. Fill in the cells only, one record per row.

Required fields

The second row of the spreadsheet marks what is required. On each row fill in:

• Código do Produto — code of the main product already registered
• Código da Grade — identifier of the product version
• Descrição — version description (e.g. crystal, white, S, L)
• Ativo — use 1 (active) or 0 (inactive)

Grids are added to the Grade Produto screen.
