Demander Web User Billing Policy

From February 2019 onwards, access to the management panel (Demander Web) will be counted as ACTIVE USERS and, consequently, generate additional charges!

Below we explain in detail the reasons for this change and what the financial impacts may be for each user. So please read this new policy until the end.

  • At the beginning of 2018, Demander launched a new web platform, which was completely restructured in order to meet the growing demand for improvements and new features, in addition to offering personalized access for users. This evolution will be charged additionally in February 2019 (with the invoice due in March 2019) for all users who access Demander Web.
  • CRM- CRM stores information about current and potential customers – name, address, telephone number, etc. – and their activities and points of contact with the company, including visits to websites, telephone calls, emails, among other interactions. However, the platform is not just an elaborate contact list: it gathers and integrates valuable data to prepare and update your teams with customers’ personal information, purchasing history and preferences. • BI (Management Consultations)- Created to help the manager, it shows all the data received from your sales team, using this tool correctly allows you to organize and analyze the data to make decisions. Read more on the Blog.
  • Issuing orders internally- In the new Demander Web, teams that have internal salespeople will be privileged, being able to issue orders like external salespeople. Focused on companies that have a call center within the company.
  • User types and groups - You can create access for each sector of your company.

IT IS NOT POSSIBLE for the same user (with the same access email) to use the same system in more than one place. For example, using the email usuario@retta.com.br to access the mobile application on two devices, or this user accessing Demander Web on two computers. Access will work and appear normal, however at the time of synchronization the information will be overwritten, generating inconsistency in the data. This behavior is mainly caused by two main system factors:

  • Offline operation: as the application works offline, all information is loaded onto the device and then follows a numerical sequence. This sequence will be the same on all devices, causing data loss at the time of synchronization if more than one device is synchronized with the same account.
  • Uniqueness of data entry or changes: a user can overwrite or undo a change made in another simultaneous access with the same account. Therefore, even in the web system there must be a unique user (account) for each person who will use it.

Which DemanderWeb users will NOT be charged

Section titled “Which DemanderWeb users will NOT be charged”

The charge is for unique¹ and ACTIVE users, that is, different users who used the system throughout the month. Users registered in the system, but who did not access anything during the month, will not be counted.

DOUBT

But if I access the application from a mobile device and the web management platform with the same account simultaneously?

At Demander, each account can access different environments simultaneously without any major problems. The only restriction is accessing the same environment with the same account. Therefore, it is perfectly possible for the same access to be used in a mobile application and in the management panel at the same time.IMPORTANT to emphasize that access permissions are configured by each account’s profile, that is, a representative or salesperson who does not have management access in the application will also not have management level access in the web panel.
