Demander publicly reinforces its commitment to reseller partners and PlugSales customers, ensuring continuity, operational stability and active support of the product. This communication aims to bring clarity, transparency and security to the market, especially given the recurring doubts about the future of the solution.

In July 2025, Demander officialized the total acquisition of PlugSales, completing the complete transfer of technology, operations and customer base, previously under the management of TecnoSpeed.

This movement was part of a structured strategy to expand the Demander portfolio, focusing on our purpose of “Strengthening people and businesses with intelligent sales management solutions, making them sell more and better”.

Since this acquisition, PlugSales has been fully managed by Demander, officially forming part of its product portfolio, with teams dedicated to operation, support, evolution and relationships with partners. The transition was planned to ensure continuity without impact for customers and resellers, preserving the functioning of the solution and the trust built over the years.
