- This article presents the fields of the route customer integration layout. To better understand the concept behind routes, see our article on Routing Concept.
- To carry out this integration it is necessary to send the information along with Table 20 - Routes.
- To exclude customers from the route, it is necessary to integrate Table 21D - Exclusion of Customers from the Route
