- How can I monitor what is happening with each customer in my company?
In Demander, you can use the events module, integrated with the [Telesales] CRM (https://sistema.demander.com.br/dinamico/televendas). With it, the salesperson can record and update important information about events related to each customer, keeping the company always informed.

- How do you know which customers are stopping buying?
To identify customers who are reducing the frequency of purchases or not purchasing at all, you can analyze consumer behavior data. An effective approach is RFM (Recency, Frequency and Value) Analysis:
> Recency: When was the customer’s last purchase?
> Frequency: How often did the customer usually buy? Is this frequency decreasing?
> Value: Is the total value of purchases reducing over time?

- How to identify the presence of the seller in the customer?
On Demander, you can use the Check-in feature to confirm that the seller is within the defined radius (in meters) of the customer, ensuring that they are in the correct location to place orders.
Once the seller’s position is identified, the system will display a list of all customers that meet the configured radius and range criteria. Initially, the system checks the data registered for the customer. If this information is not available, validation will be done based on the data registered for the seller.

- How to increase team productivity?
At Demander, tools such as Reports, CRM and BI allow you to analyze crucial data to identify where your team is investing time efficiently and where there are opportunities for optimization.

- How can I set and track team goals effectively?
In Demander, it is possible to register Sales Expectations, that is, the team’s goals. These registrations can be customized by values, periods, sellers and additional criteria, such as products, brands, regions or customers, based on previously registered perspectives. To register the Sales Expectation Value, the Perspective and its Levels must be previously defined. Required fields include:
> Perspective: Select a previously created perspective.
> Effective Dates: Inform the beginning and end of the goal period.
> Value (R$): Record the expected value.
> Salesperson: Associate the goal with a specific salesperson.

- How do I know the item history of my orders?
On Demander, you can check the purchase history of a specific customer. In the application, you can search for the customer and access their registration. Within the register, there is a tab called “Orders”, where all orders made for that customer are listed. Simply access any of the orders to view the items sold.

- How to actively prospect for customers on Demander?
Active prospecting consists of identifying and connecting with potential customers, creating new sales opportunities. At Demander, this process can be carried out in a practical and efficient way using the “Telesales” and “Prospects” screens.
Here’s how to make the most of these features:
> Import prospect lists or register them manually: Organize your opportunities from the start for easy tracking.

- How can we define the customers who will be served on the day?
In Demander, routes represent a strategic organization of visits or deliveries, associated with specific sellers or regions. They allow you to plan and optimize customer service, ensuring logistical efficiency and control of activities.
Each route can be configured with:
> A unique identifier;
> Link to a seller;
> A list of customers organized in a personalized sequence;
> View routes on maps;
> Reorder them as necessary;
> Integrate them with Google Maps for more effective planning and execution.

- Are price lists and photos up to date?
On Demander, you can check whether prices are updated directly on the product price screen. This information is obtained through integration with Table 13 - Product Price, ensuring faithful correspondence with ERP data as integrations are carried out.
Product photos can be updated through uploads carried out by companies, using the system’s image bank. This bank is constantly updated as new photos are added.
The system offers features such as:
>Real-time updates;
>Automatic validations;
>Blocking orders with outdated information.
- All of these features are customizable, ensuring that the process is always aligned with business needs.

- How to control discounts and surcharges on Demander?
At Demander, there are several options to control discounts and additions efficiently. Below are the main available settings:
> Discount on Payment Terms or Payment Method
The system can automatically add interest or discount to the total order value, depending on the condition or payment method. This discount is automatically applied to the list price of all products, without the seller being able to choose not to grant it.
>Price PoliciesAllows the seller to apply or not apply the discount, according to the policies defined by the company. It is also possible to configure the discount to be mandatory. The discount can be applied by order type or directly to the item. This functionality needs to be configured via integration.

>Discount on Discount
Section titled “>Discount on Discount”In this model, the discount is applied to the net value of products already at a discount, characterizing a “discount on discount”.

> Discount highlighted in order
Section titled “> Discount highlighted in order”The Highlighted Discount is applied at the end of the order and is not prorated across items, only changing the total order value.
If the seller applies a highlighted discount next to another discount, the system adds the values and checks whether they exceed the limit allowed by the company. If it exceeds, the system notifies the seller.
Important rule: the value of the highlighted discount must be greater than zero, as negative values will be considered as increases.

The system first validates the discounts associated with the customer and then the discount for the order value.

Discount at item level: Must be sent using the product price, validated when placing orders.
Order-level discount: Configured on the [Company Settings] screen (https://sistema.demander.com.br/dinamico/configuracoes-da-empresa), in the Order tab.

- Blocking sales for defaulting customers
In Demander, it is possible to configure an automatic block for issuing orders from defaulting customers. This block considers a specific period of days after the maturity of a security.
To configure sales blocking for defaulting customers, follow the steps below:
Access the menu: Settings → Company Settings → Salespeople.
Check the option: “Block issuing orders to defaulting customers”.
If desired, fill in the field: “Period of default tolerated (in days)” to define the period allowed before blocking.

- How can I control the expiration date of batches and products?
In Demander, it is possible to assign batches to products, allowing this information to be available in the Android application for sellers to consult.

At Demander, the out-of-stock solution tells sellers which items are unavailable for sale.
Product outage is a term used in inventory management and commercial operations to describe the situation in which a product is not available at the time the consumer wants to purchase it, directly impacting sales and customer satisfaction.

When a new version of the application is published in these stores, sellers who already have the application installed receive the update automatically, depending on the device’s update settings.

- How to configure Demander so that sellers only view specific products?
In Demander, you can restrict sellers from viewing products in the app through two main mechanisms:
> Price List Associated with the Seller: Each seller can be linked to specific price lists, determining which products will be available in the application. This way, he will only access the items released for his activity profile, guaranteeing a personalized and controlled offer.
> Price List Linked to the Customer: In addition to association with the seller, the price list can be linked directly to the customer. This ensures that the seller only sees authorized products for each customer, ensuring greater compatibility and avoiding errors in the offer.

- What are the requirements for Demander servers?

-Does Demander accept more than one price list on an order?
No, on Demander, each order must be linked to just one price list. When creating an order, the seller needs to select the applicable price list, and all products added will follow the values defined in that list.
However, each customer can have more than one associated price list, according to the configured business rules. When issuing the order, it will be possible to choose only one of these lists to apply to the order.

To configure: > Link the segment both in the customer registration and in the product, within the ERP. > Ensure the integration of this information with Demander through the integrator. > Activate the segment visibility rule in Demander, so that only products compatible with the customer segment are displayed.
💡 Tip: If you want to display only specific products after identifying the customer, create a custom price list with the desired items and associate it with that customer. This way, Demander will exclusively display products from that list.

- Does the system respect the commercial policy established by the company?
To ensure that all orders follow commercial policy guidelines, Demander allows you to configure automatic rules that guide and control sellers’ actions.
Among the main possible configurations are:
- Minimum order value
- Linked payment terms, with defined average terms
- Specific restrictions, depending on the customer, region or segment
These rules are defined in the ERP (or integrated system) and automatically synchronized with Demander.
