Order range
These are the order number ranges in which sellers will work.
The objective is to meet a limitation of ERP systems that cannot interpret equal order numbers, delimiting the range of order numbers for each seller. For example:
Seller A: Initial order range: 2000 (orders recorded up to the time of integration with Demander. For new companies that only use Demander, this value will be 0) Current order range: 2000 (from here the order count begins, that is, the next order issued by this seller will be numbered 2001, successively)
Final order range: 10000 (maximum number of orders enabled for this seller)
Seller B: Initial order range: 10000 Current order range: 10000 (similar to Seller A, the next order issued will be 10001)
Final order range: 18000
In this way, it is understood that both Sellers have a range of 8000 possible orders, but each in a different number, avoiding problems in the ERP system.
Companies that synchronize their ERP with Demander must make this configuration using table 02, that is, change directly within the ERP system itself.
If the company does not have its own ERP system and uses Demander, this configuration can be done directly within the seller configuration page, as described below:
The Order range can be configured in: Registrations
Sellers
New or edit seller
Preferences
And activated in: Settings
Company settings
Salespeople
Select the option “Use order number range by salesperson”
*The use of this configuration is not mandatory and is inherent to the integrated ERP operating mode.
