Announcement 04/20/26 - New limits on the maximum size of integration files
File size limit in the importer
Section titled “File size limit in the importer”To ensure importer stability and performance, new file size limits will be applied.
📅 Schedule
Section titled “📅 Schedule”- April 27: blocking files with more than 100,000 lines
- May 4th: blocking files with more than 50,000 lines
⚠️ Why this change?
Section titled “⚠️ Why this change?”We identified processing spikes caused by sending very large files, especially in direct integrations with the API.
We know that this change may require adjustments to your integration. Still, it is necessary to ensure the stability of the environment as a whole.
Very large files impact overall processing and may affect other clients. Therefore, we are prioritizing the smooth functioning of the system for everyone.
✅ Recommended format
Section titled “✅ Recommended format”Sending files with up to 5,000 lines per batch, containing only one type of record (layout) per file.
Recommended good practices:
- Split files into batches of up to 5,000 lines
- Group data by record type (one entity per file)
- Avoid mixing different layouts in the same file
This organization allows for more efficient processing and reduces the chance of failures or slowdowns.
🔧 What you need to do
Section titled “🔧 What you need to do”- Adjust your integration to respect defined limits
- Ensure correct separation of data by record type
- Or use our synchronizer, which already carries out this process automatically
🚫 What happens if you don’t adjust?
Section titled “🚫 What happens if you don’t adjust?”Files above the limits will be automatically blocked and will not be processed.
