Information that Demander searches for on Bling
This article aims to document the information that Demander seeks from Bling.

Section titled “*In red mandatory fields.”Customers
Section titled “Customers”It will be imported as a customer if the contact has the tag “Customer” in the “Contact type” field.
The fields below will be imported into Demander:
- * Code;
- Name/Corporate Name;
- Commercial name;
- CPF/CNPJ;
- RG/IE;
- Type of Person;
- Taxpayer;
- In Demander it is saved as “Tax client type”.
- Address;
- Number;
- Neighborhood;
- Zip code;
- City;
- Complement;
- UF;
- Phone;
- In Demander it is saved as “Phone 1”.
- Cell phone;
- On Demander it is saved as “Phone 2”.
- Email;
- In Demander it is saved as “Buyer’s email”.
- Situation;
- If the contact is “Inactive” or “No Movement”, the customer will be inactivated in Demander.
- If the contact is deleted on Bling, you will need to manually delete or deactivate it on Demander.
- Credit limit;
- Date of birth;
Sellers
Section titled “Sellers”The fields below will be imported into Demander:
- * Code;
- * E-mail;
- Attention: the email is mandatory and must be unique per seller.
- Name;
- CPF/CNPJ;
- Cell phone;
- Situation;
- If the contact is “Inactive” or “No Movement”, the seller will be inactivated on Demander.
- Order range;
- It will be generated automatically when importing from the seller
Import of Payment Methods
Section titled “Import of Payment Methods”- All payment methods will be imported, as well as their status, active or inactive.
Products
Section titled “Products”The fields below will be imported into Demander:
- * Code;
- Limit of 30 characters.
- Description;
- Unit;
- In Demander it is saved as “Sales unit”.
- Stock Balance;
- Balance of general product stock.
- Value;
- Category;
- In Demander it is saved as “Product group”.
- NCM;
- Situation;
- Active or inactive.
- Observation;
- Limit of 255 characters.
- Short Description (Additional Information);
- In Demander it is saved as “Free field 1”.
- Limit of 100 characters.
- Complementary Description (Additional Information);
- In Demander it is saved as “Free field 2”.
- 100 character limit
Note: upon integration, a standard price list called “Bling Standard” will be automatically created. For all products imported to Demander, their respective value will be added to this list, as well as their net weight and gross weight if any.
Categories
Section titled “Categories”- In Demander it is saved as “Product Group”;
- All categories will be imported following their hierarchy, description and code.
- By default there are some predefined situations in Bling.
- All Sales Order Situations are imported, in Demander they are saved as Order Status. (Access this configuration on Demander by clicking HERE)
- When an order has a change in Sales Order Status in Bling, this order will be changed in Demander to the corresponding Order Status.
- Import includes the hexadecimal color defined in Bling.
