News/Improvements:
Add with AI
- There are already more than 250 companies using Demander’s Add with AI to speed up the issuance of orders.
- Add with AI reduces order issuance time by up to 90%, start using it today.
- Access documentation with usage examples
Whatsapp button to activate support
- We added a button to call Demander support on the login screen and synchronization screen. When you click on the button, WhatsApp opens with a message for support.
Consider discount highlighted in order release hierarchy
- Situation: The need arose to also consider the discount highlighted in the order hierarchy.
- Solution: In the company settings additional settings tab, we created the configuration Consider the highlighted discount when validating the order hierarchy by discount. When it is active, the release hierarchy starts to consider this highlighted discount when validating the order value to fall in the hierarchy.
Fixes:Error when placing orders through customer registration
- Situation: When placing an order via customer registration, an error message was displayed, preventing the order from being placed.
- Solution: We fixed the problem.
Error when selecting target in the Sales Expectation button
- Situation: When clicking on the Sales Expectation button and selecting one of the goals, an error message was returned.
- Solution: We fixed the problem.
Pricing policies were taking time to load
- Situation: When placing an order, it took a few seconds for the price policies button to appear on the product in the quick order.
- Solution: We fixed the problem.
Custom dashboard URL was not loading
- Situation: In version 5.12 https://atendimento.demander.com.br/kb/pt-br/article/547480/android-versao-512-beta-18-07-2025 we launched the external and seller-customized Dashboard functionality, but in one case it was not loading.
- Solution: We fixed the problem.
