This article presents the new features, improvements, and fixes available in App Demander version 5.03.0.

New features and improvements

Limits for numeric Auxiliary Fields

Section titled “Limits for numeric Auxiliary Fields”
  • Numeric Auxiliary Fields can now follow the minimum and maximum values defined by your company. When you enter a value outside the configured range, the app shows guidance before saving.
  • Validation is available for integer and decimal Auxiliary Fields.

Events in customer registration

Section titled “Events in customer registration”
  • The Events tab is available in the new customer registration layout to view records linked to the customer and add a new event when permitted by your company.

Customer retention counter

Section titled “Customer retention counter”
  • The Customer retention button on the home screen now displays the number of customers for the selected seller. When there are no records, the counter is not shown.

More display options in the order list

Section titled “More display options in the order list”
  • You can now choose whether the order-list highlight displays the order type and code, the legal name, or the trade name of the customer.

Standardized quantity fields

Section titled “Standardized quantity fields”
  • We standardized quantity entry in order items, ideal orders, grids, and the product configurator to make editing more consistent.

International phone numbers

Section titled “International phone numbers”
  • Phone fields now allow country-code selection. Brazilian numbers keep their usual mask, while international numbers accept the appropriate number of digits.

Preferences

Section titled “Preferences”
  • Selected filters in lists are saved. When you return to a screen, the app automatically reapplies the saved preferences.

Customers when adding a route

Section titled “Customers when adding a route”
  • Situation: When adding customers to a route, the list could be empty for manager users even when customers were available.
  • Solution: We adjusted the search to consider the seller selected in the route and display available customers correctly.

Customer data in the PDF of an unsynchronized order

Section titled “Customer data in the PDF of an unsynchronized order”
  • Situation: The PDF for unsynchronized orders could be generated without customer information, such as state registration, ZIP code, and address.
  • Solution: We fixed how this information is filled in the PDF before the order is synchronized.

Company phone number in order printouts

Section titled “Company phone number in order printouts”
  • Situation: The order printout could fail to show the company’s registered phone number.
  • Solution: We adjusted how the company phone number is filled in so it is displayed correctly in printouts.

Tax-inclusive price for items without a quantity

Section titled “Tax-inclusive price for items without a quantity”
  • Situation: When opening an order item with quantity zero, the tax-inclusive price was not displayed. It only appeared after a quantity was entered manually.
  • Solution: We adjusted the calculation so the tax-inclusive unit price is displayed when the item loads, without changing the quantity entered in the order.

Order item sorting

  • Situation: The item sequence could change after saving or reopening an order, without respecting the company’s sorting configuration.
  • Solution: We fixed the sorting so the configured company rule is maintained when order items are displayed.

Blocking registration of an existing customer

Section titled “Blocking registration of an existing customer”
  • Situation: Even with duplicate blocking enabled, a customer already registered to another seller could be added again.
  • Solution: We fixed the CPF or CNPJ validation to apply the blocking setting in customer registration.

Route customer export

Section titled “Route customer export”
  • Situation: Synchronizing customers in routes could fail when the address did not include street information.
  • Solution: We adjusted the export to send the required address data and complete synchronization correctly.

Selecting and copying product codes and descriptions

Section titled “Selecting and copying product codes and descriptions”
  • Situation: On the Web, it was not possible to select and copy product codes and descriptions in the order item list.
  • Solution: We restored selection and copying of product codes and descriptions so you can reuse this information in other contexts.

Seller filter when selecting a customer for an order

Section titled “Seller filter when selecting a customer for an order”
  • Situation: When creating an order, the customer selection could show another seller’s filter and prevent choosing the expected customers.
  • Solution: We adjusted customer selection to respect the seller defined in the order flow, keeping the filter consistent with the search.
