Shipping Policy

Integrate and validate, at the time of issuing the order, which type of freight to use, which is the standard carrier, whether redelivery is required, and whether the order value meets the minimum required according to the State, city and type of delivery (capital/interior).

Fixes: Order screen behavior differs between platforms

Situation: When there was a Customer x Branch x Seller registration https://sistema.demander.com.br/dinamico/cliente-x-filial-x-vendedor the behavior of the order screen was different on Android, iOS and Demander Web.
Solution: We fixed the problem.

Error generating route map

Situation: When generating the route map, an error appeared and did not show the seller’s route.
Solution: We fixed the problem.

Custom dashboard URL did not load

Situation: When opening the dashboard with a customized url, the information was not loaded.
Solution: We fixed the problem.

Problems viewing YouTube videos in product attachments

Situation: In some cases an error was displayed in the video player, preventing it from being played.
Solution: We added a button so that if this error occurs, you can open the video directly on YouTube.
