News/Improvements:
Improvements to Demander AI
Section titled “Improvements to Demander AI”- With the launch of Demander IA, we received a lot of feedback from our customers and partners. Based on these suggestions, we improved product identification and made the experience even more accurate and efficient.
- Access documentation with usage examples
Fixes: Price policy button was not appearing
- Situation: When placing an order, it was taking a few seconds for the price policies button to appear on the product in the quick order.
- Solution: We fixed the problem.
Error when selecting the quantity of a product
- Situation: When selecting the quantity of a specific product, an error message appeared and did not allow adding the product.
- Solution: We fixed the problem.
Discount button was taking a while to appear
- Situation: When entering the quantity of items in a product, it took a while for the option to apply a discount to appear. When the discount button appeared and the seller clicked several times, several price policy screens opened. If the seller saves one of these blank screens, the product may end up with no discount applied.
- Solution: We fixed the problem.
