How to map type of operation? (PlugSales)

After performing integration with your database, if you use operation types, you must activate this option in the settings tab:

Soon after, the tab to map the types of operation will be released.

To map operation types in PlugSales, each record must have the following fields:

• ID
  • Numeric field of type inteiro.
• OPERATION
  • texto field with the name and description of the operation.

To start configuring the type of operation, define the interval that PlugBot should synchronize records from your system to your PlugSales.

Note: We recommend using at least 10 minutes

After selecting the Source Tableor entering the SQL Source, click “Load data”.

With the data loaded, you can begin the field mapping process, following the instructions for each field.
